I am a huge 1940's music fan, and Bing is one of my top favorite artist of the era! So come join me for a WWII Christmas musical! White Christmas Who doesn't love White Christmas?? I lived in Maryland for 6 years following 9/11 and we had a White Christmas every year! That is something I do actually miss... we don't get much snow in N.C., lol! Silent Night A classic and favorite Christmas carol, Bing's voice on Silent Night is so heartwarming and really puts you in the Christmas Spirit with a reminder of Why we are celebrating in the first place... I'll Be Home for Christmas Nothing says WWII like the sad and perfectly beautiful I'll be Home for Christmas, the thought on every soldier's mind... God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen This is one of my all time favorite Christmas songs! And to hear one of my favorite singers rendering it is just one of the best feelings in the world! Christmas Dinner Country Style This is a little known song, but one of my must Bing songs for the Christmas season! In fact, Rebekah Morris wrote a short story based off it! Jingle Bells The only thing better than Bing Crosby is Bing Crosby and the Andrews Sisters! Mele Kalikimaka Here's another with the Andrews Sisters! And can we just appreciate how much fun it is to say Merry Christmas in Hawaiian?? Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow Yes, please, let it snow this Christmas XD O Come All Ye Faithful Another favorite Carol, this song is just so pretty in Latin! O Little Town of Bethlehem This song is a true classic. I always remember the Little House on the Prairie Christmas Special when I hear this song and it brings back such good memories...
