Hello everyone! Here’s the 4th and final installment of “What did the South Fight For?” I hope you’ve enjoyed this series as much as I have enjoyed preparing it! And now… How the Confederate Soldier Viewed the Union Soldier The Confederate soldiers viewed Union soldiers as…
And Did We All Live Happily Ever After? From what you’ve read in this series, what do you think? Umm…No! It would take far too long to explain it all here, but the Reconstruction did nothing to strengthen our relationship with the Northern states. Neither has the liberal media (Thank God for those who will print the truth and keep an open mind to our alternate but true account of History). Neither have those who scream “RACIST!” every time anyone says a positive word for the Confederacy or our dear old Southern Cross Flag. And neither has our corrupted education system. The winner writes the history books. Even in the South, decedents of Southern Patriots are taught that their ancestors were evil villains who tried to destroy this country and that pure and holy Abraham Lincoln valiantly, if somewhat reluctantly, took up the sword to stop them. They wish us to remain in our sackcloth and ashes and repent our forefathers’ “sins”. Sorry, I stopped apologizing a long time ago. :) I have dear friends in the North and I certainly don’t look at them as the enemy. But please realize that the mindset is still rampant in this country. So, Southerners, shake off the ashes and change out of your sackcloth. You have nothing to be ashamed of. The Confederacy has left us Heritage to be proud of! If you are Northern, (And I say this in kindness :)) and you still don’t agree with the facts, that’s fine. Let’s just agree to disagree. If you want to learn more about the South’s fine heritage, buy my book! And if you do agree with the facts, Gold Bless You! We need all the help we can get, so share what you’ve learned with others! I hope I’ve answered you’re questions about Why the South Fought. Have a question that wasn’t covered? Drop me a line at my Contacts page! Supporting My Heritage, Ryana Lynn Jude 22 Hey, Y'all! Okay, so by now, I guess you've figured out that this isn't updated weekly :) I come from a BUSY Ministry family, so that just isn't possible. Sorry :( Now, Time for the 3rd installment of What did the South Fight For? Why was Fort Sumter Attacked? So if Fort Sumter wasn’t the start of the war, why did the Southerners fire on it? Wasn’t that an act of war? No. Let’s look over some facts of the Ft. Sumter issue.
That's it for now! Next time, we'll look at How the Confederate Soldier Viewed the Union Soldier, so stay tuned! :)
BTW, Christmas will be here before you know it...why not do some early Christmas shopping? I've heard The Land of Cotton makes a great gift...lol ;) Hop on over to my Publications page to read about it, and then over to Recommendations for what others have said about the book.
