It’s that time of year! I love the FFF Blog Linkup and I’m excited to participate again this year! First of all, be sure and head over to Kate Willis’ blog to find all the blog stops (a free book will be offered each day)! Second, be sure to enter the giveaway! Third, read on! Disclaimer: I don’t endorse every book mentioned on the blogs in this tour. I haven’t read them all 😊 But if you have any questions about one, feel free to ask. If I’ve read it, I will let you know my thoughts and if not, I’ll get you what information I can! I love indie books, y'all. I adore it. I even write indie! So this category is my favorite this go round! You'll probably know most of these books, but that's okay! That just means they are really good and worth your time *halo* Stop the Rain This will always be my number one Indie pick! It's my favorite book ever and I seriously doubt that will every change! If you love the military, appreciate accurate depictions of PTSD and really just need a good cry, this is the book for you! Goodreads Link Treasured in Turtle Bay by Jess Mastorakos I recommend this author for mature audiences, but Mrs. Mastorakos is hilarious and a romance genius XD I've yet to read a book by her that didn't have me laughing out loud. There are occasional steamy references, but no spice ;) Love the military references and all the different tropes she uses! Goodreads Link Mammoth by Brian McBride I discovered this book series last year! Book one and two came out within months of each other and book three is coming out in October!!!! I cannot wait! If you like adventure, mystery, found family and kids making a difference, this is for you! Goodreads Link A Prayer Unanswered by Kellyn Roth Kellyn Roth is one of my favorite authors, and I stand by this statement *hugs my collection since she lives too far away* This book hit me personally in a very out of context way, but anywho, I highly recommend <3 Goodreads Link Wind Chimes by Victoria Minks This was one of the first indie published books I ever read and Victoria was my first author buddy! And this is still one of my favorite Christmas books AND NO ONE EVER TALKS ABOUT IT *halo* so yes, please go buy this book! Goodreads Link Come back tomorrow for more book recommendations!

My all time favorite indie author is A.M. Heath. I really love the Ancient Words series. I just discovered a new author named Sequoyah Branham. Her first book, In the Company of Cows, is up for preorder right now. I just finished my advance copy and really loved it. It's a Western novella about a girl who works on a ranch and reconnects with her uncle to try and find a place for her boss to lease so he doesn't lose his cattle. It's a beautiful story and her descriptions of ranch life were spot on. Comments are closed.
